Bonner Pedestrian Bridge Dedication Set for Nov. 3

A ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the new pedestrian bridge in Bonner, known as the “Black Bridge” will take place Monday, November 3, 2008 at 10:30 a.m., at the northwest end of the pedestrian bridge. Members of the Milltown Superfund Redevelopment Working Group, the Save Our Bridge Committee Bonner School students and community members will join dignitaries such as US Senators Max Baucus and Jon Tester, Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer and others for the event. The Black Bridge was rebuilt as part of the Milltown Superfund cleanup. Read more about in Missoula County’s press release (PDF).
