February 15, 2006 The State of Montana has released the draft Scope of Work for Phase III (SOW) data collection and analyses (PDF 1.1 MB) necessary to complete the Final Restoration Plan for the Clark Fork River and Blackfoot River Near Milltown Dam. See CFRTAC’s one-page summary . As a member of the restoration design review team, CFRTAC is helping to coordinate public comment.
